This Beef and Broccoli Ramen Noodle Stir Fry is super easy and delicious! Seasoned top sirloin thinly sliced, fresh broccoli in a rich stir fry sauce on a bed of Ramen noodles you will love.
In a medium bowl, add sliced beef, and season with pepper and onion powder. Then add soy sauce and cornstarch and mix to coat the beef, then set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix all of the stir-fry sauce ingredients together and whisk until completely blended, then set aside.
Fill a pot ¾ full of water and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cool water and set aside.
In a large skillet on medium heat, add 3-4 Tbsp. Olive oil. Add onion and sauté until tender, then add in broccoli florets and sauté’ for another minute. Add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and let the broccoli steam for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet on medium-high heat, add 3-4 Tbsp. Olive oil, then add beef. Cook on one side for about 3 minutes, then turn the beef to brown on the other side (do not overcook, just long enough so the beef is no longer pink).
Turn the heat back down to medium-low. Add the onion and broccoli back into the skillet with the beef. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and gently mix together. Let it simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then add the cooked, drained ramen noodles and gently mix with tongs until combined.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve this delicious, better-than-take-out stir fry…you are gonna love it!
