1 14oz. Can Pink Salmon (drained, bones and skin removed)
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1 Egg (slightly beaten)
1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
1 Tsp. Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place salmon in a bowl and flake with a fork or with your hands. Add bread crumbs, cheese, and evaporated milk and mix together. Then stir in the egg, lemon juice, butter, and salt and mix together until all ingredients are well combined.
Form the salmon mixture into a loaf and place into a loaf pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes and peas and enjoy!
