Ingredients for Honey Sriracha Salmon

 

  • 16 oz. Fresh Salmon
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Old Bay Fish Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Honey Sriracha
  • Fresh Lemon (juice and slices)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

How to make Honey Sriracha Salmon:

The combination of sweet honey and spicy Sriracha creates an irresistible glaze that perfectly complements the succulent salmon. Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.

Place the fresh salmon skin side down into a pre-greased 9 x 13 baking dish. We used a clear glass dish but you can use any baking dish.

Sprinkle some garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning on to the salmon.

Place it uncovered into the oven and bake it for 15 minutes.

Remove the salmon from the oven and baste it with the Honey Sriracha, coating it evenly over the top and sides.  If you can’t find Honey Sriracha sauce, you can make your own using 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 3 Tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce, 2 Tsp of minced garlic, and a 1/4 cup of honey.

Then place it back into the oven for about 5 more minutes. We then let the oven work its magic as the salmon bakes to tender perfection, taking on an irresistible golden hue. After the salmon is baked to perfection remove it from the oven.

What to eat with honey salmon? Serve it over a bed of rice along with your favorite veggies. 

You can also drizzle a little bit more of the sriracha honey sauce on top along with a little squeeze of lemon juice and some lemon slices.

Notes

**If you can’t find Honey Sriracha Sauce, you can make your own by using 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 3 Tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce, 2 Tsp of minced garlic, and a 1/4 cup of honey.
