How to make Easy Ham and Biscuit Casserole

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, seasonings, milk, cheese, ham, and vegetables.

In a pre-greased 9 x 13 baking dish, add Potatoes O’Brien into the dish and spread evenly. Then scoop the ham mixture on top of the potatoes and spread it evenly.

Take a can of biscuits (we used Grands Southern Homestyle Canned Biscuits) and cut each biscuit into quarter pieces. Then layer them evenly over the top of the ham mixture.

Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and ham mixture is bubbling.

Remove from oven and baste melted butter over the top of the biscuits and serve!

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Ham (diced)
  • 2 cups Frozen Vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) (thawed, warmed)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 16 oz. Bag Frozen Potatoes O’Brien (thawed, warmed)
  • 1 Can Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits (quartered)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
