8 oz. Rotini Pasta (cooked)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp. White Vinegar
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Sugar
1/2 Tsp Dill
2 Cucumbers (sliced)
1/2 Cup Red Onion (sliced)
1 Cup Grape or Cherry Tomatoes (sliced in half)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
In a bowl add in all listed ingredients. Mix them together.
Place into the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
