What you need to make this cheesy Doritos Chicken Casserole

  • 2 Cups Shredded Chicken (cooked)
  • 1 Can Black Beans (drained)
  • 1 Can Sweet Corn (drained)
  • 1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 ½ Cups Sour Cream (divided)
  • 2 Cups Mexican Blend Cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 3 Cups Doritos Chips (lightly crumbled, divided)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 2-3 Green Onions (diced)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

How to make Doritos Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

In a large bowl combine, chicken, beans, corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup sour cream. Add Taco seasoning packet and then mix in 1 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese.

In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, add a layer of lightly crumbled chips to the bottom. Then spread the chicken mixture evenly over the top. Place it in the oven to bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
