We absolutely love this Hamilton Beach 6 Quart Set and Forget Crockpot!
Pre-grease a 6 qt. Crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken into the bottom of the Crockpot evenly. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Then add green beans over the top of the chicken.
In a medium mixing bowl, add dry stuffing mix, celery, and onion. Mix it together then pour it over the green beans and chicken. In that same mixing bowl, add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter. Whisk it together until creamy, then pour the mixture over the stuffing evenly, but do not stir.
Cover and cook on high for about 4 hours, or on low for 5 to 6 hours (the internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees). Be careful not to overcook the chicken.
Once it’s cooked, gently stir the stuffing and green bean mixture. Serve this delicious dump and go Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing and enjoy!
This is a meal in itself, but you can whip up some creamy mashed potatoes and serve this with your favorite dinner rolls to make a complete holiday style dinner!
