Slicing Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe

In a bowl, marinate the pre-cooked chicken for 4 to 24 hours in a 1/2 cup of the Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce. You can use any brand you prefer, hot, medium, or mild chicken wing sauce. 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place your pre-made pizza crust on a pizza sheet, and bake for about 5 minutes. You can make your own pizza crust, or use a pre-made crust. Try our recipe for our Fabulous 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough!

Spread a ½ cup of the chicken wing sauce onto the dough. 

Then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and mild cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.

 

Then add 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch size chunks of chicken.

Then sprinkle blue cheese crumbles all over the top.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Using plastic squeeze bottles, drizzle the wing sauce over the pizza,

then drizzle the Ranch dressing on top. Then sprinkle with some Italian seasoning. Place it back into the oven and bake for about 7 to 10 more minutes, or until the edge of the crust gets golden brown.

Let the pizza set and cool for about 5 minutes before you slice it.  Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and serve!

  • Pizza Crust (pre-made)
  • 1 Cup Chicken (pre-cooked, chunks or strips)
  • 1 Cup Chicken Wing Sauce (hot, medium, or mild) (divided)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  3. Place your pre-made pizza crust on a pizza sheet and bake for about 5 minutes. 
  4. Spread a ½ cup of chicken wing sauce onto the dough. Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and mild cheddar cheese evenly over the pie. Then add 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch size chicken chunks, and then sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles all over the top.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. Using plastic squeeze bottles, drizzle the wing sauce over the pizza. Then drizzle Ranch dressing on top and sprinkle with some Italian seasoning. Place it back into the oven, and bake for about 7 to 10 more minutes, or until the edge of the crust gets golden brown.
  7. Let the pizza sit and cool for about 5 minutes before you slice it. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top, and serve!
