In a large zip lock bag, crush the graham crackers and pour them into a medium bowl. Then add 1 ½ sticks of melted butter and stir until all the cracker crumbs are coated with butter.
In a 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, add the graham cracker crumb mixture into the baking dish. Spread it evenly and press down until a crust is formed. Then place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese, and ½ stick of softened butter. Using an electric hand mixer, beat it together for about 2 minutes until creamy.
Slowly add confectioners’ sugar 1 cup at a time until its mixed well and completely combined.
Take the baking dish with the graham cracker crust out the refrigerator/freezer and add dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust. Spread the mixture all over the crust using a spatula (tip: Dipping the spatula in a glass of warm water will help spread the mixture evenly).
Place a layer of sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Then add a layer of crushed pineapple and strawberries over the banana slices. Spread the cool whip whipped topping evenly over the fruit layers.
Top with cherries, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Then drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel syrup. Place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, or in the freezer (this dessert freezes well). Serve and enjoy!
