- 1 small box (3.4oz) Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 1 can (20oz) Pineapple Tidbits (in it’s own juice)
- 1 small can Pineapple Rings (for garnish)
- 1 tub (16oz) Cool Whip
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 2 cups Shredded Coconut (use 1 cup for garnish)
- 1 jar Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix instant dry pudding and pineapple tidbits with juice stirring until smooth and slightly thickened then fold in Cool Whip.
- Add marshmallows and 1 cup coconut then spoon into serving bowl.
- Garnish with 1 cup coconut, pineapple rings (drained), and maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.
