In a medium size bowl, combine dry Jello mix and boiling hot water together. Mix in the peaches and pineapple them place it in the refrigerator to chill.
Then in a separate bowl, mix topping ingredients with an electric mixer.
Once the Jello salad is firm, spread the whipped topping on the chilled salad.
Top with chopped Pecans. Chill for another 30 minutes then serve.
