Ingredients

  • 2 Small Bags or 1 Large Bag Meatballs Frozen Fully Cooked (thawed)
  • 1 16oz. Box Rotini Pasta
  • 1 Jar Pasta Sauce (your choice)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Garnish

  • Basil or Parsley

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F degrees. Pre-grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Add uncooked pasta to the baking dish. Pour in water and pasta sauce. Season with onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning, and gently mix it into the pasta.
  3. Place the meatballs evenly on top of the pasta and sauce. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and uncover. Then, evenly sprinkle a thick layer of shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top.  Place it back into the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley or basil. Serve and enjoy this easy dump-and-bake casserole!
