Tri-Colored Rotini Pasta (cooked)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Sweet Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1/2 Cup Red Onion (sliced)
1 Small Can Black Olives (sliced)
1 Small Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
2 Cucumbers (sliced)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Pearls or cubed)
1/2 Cup Asiago Cheese (cubed)
1 Cup Italian Dressing (we like Olive Garden Signature Italian)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Garnish with Italian ParsleyCook Pasta according to package directions.
Rinse with cold water and drain the pasta.
Add all the ingredients listed above and mix together.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour then serve and enjoy!
