In a skillet on medium heat, add ground beef, Worcestershire Sauce, and onion, and cook until beef is no longer pink.
Add in minced garlic and cook for one minute, then remove the skillet from heat.
Pre-grease crockpot and pour in the cooked ground beef mixture. Then sprinkle all of the seasonings over the meat (reserve half of the salt and pepper to add at the end). Add green onions, carrots, spinach, corn, and potatoes. Pour in 5 cups of chicken broth and mix it together, cover, and cook on low for a total of 6 hours.
Thirty minutes before it’s done, add the remaining salt and pepper. Then, in a measuring cup, whisk cornstarch into the milk, then pour over the vegetables and meat to thicken the broth (for a thicker broth you can add a little more cornstarch). Add shredded cheese, mix it in and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers or your favorite cornbread or rolls, and enjoy!
