Yum Yum Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Water to thin
- A splash of Hot Sauce or pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Bread (your Choice)
- Softened Butter
- Jack Cheese
- Muenster Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Tomato slices
- Bacon (pre-cooked)
- Yum Yum Sauce
Instructions
- First prepare your Yum Yum sauce by mixing the ingredients listed above together. Place in the fridge to chill while you prepare your grilled cheese.
- Spread softened butter on your bread and sprinkle with a little garlic salt. Then place buttered side down on pre-heated skillet. Place you cheese on both bread slices evenly. Then place your pre-cooked bacon and tomato slices on one side. Drizzle Yum Yum Sauce over the tomato. Once bread is golden brown, and the cheese is melted, place the other half on top of the tomato bacon side. Remove from heat and eat! Yum Yum!
