1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Chopped Basil
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cups Beef Broth
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 16oz. Box Large Elbow Macaroni
